Ensemble Hauptstrasse
The ensemble includes the main street, a moderately wide street market , which was formerly closed by gates, and the church district with Kirchstrasse and Pfarrgasse. The originally gable-side development of the two rows of houses was replaced, with a few exceptions, in the 18th and 19th centuries by buildings on the eaves. As a result of the hillside location, the northern development is a little higher and is partially reached from the street via stairs. The center of the north line is dominated by the parish church, which was directed north after the city fire in 1872 and its portal front faces the street market. The buildings on both rows consist of two to three storeys and on the south side mostly comes from the first half of the 19th century, while on the north side the western part of buildings from the last quarter of the 19th century, the eastern part of older town houses from the 17th century. / 18th Century. The development is partially disrupted by modernizations and facade cladding. File number: E-4-72-139-1.

Remarks
- ↑ This list may not correspond to the current status of the official list of monuments. The latter can be viewed on the Internet as a PDF using the link given under web links and is also mapped in the Bavarian Monument Atlas . Even these representations, although they are updated daily by the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation , do not always and everywhere reflect the current status. Therefore, the presence or absence of an object in this list or in the Bavarian Monument Atlas does not guarantee that it is currently a registered monument or not. The Bavarian List of Monuments is also an information directory. The property of a monument - and thus the legal protection - is defined in Art. 1 of the Bavarian Monument Protection Act (BayDSchG) and does not depend on the mapping in the Monument Atlas and the entry in the Bavarian Monument List. Objects that are not listed in the Bavarian Monument List can also be monuments if they meet the criteria according to Art. 1 BayDSchG. Early involvement of the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation according to Art. 6 BayDSchG is therefore necessary in all projects.
