List of natural monuments in Ortenberg

The list of natural monuments in Ortenberg calls the in the field of city Ortenberg , in Wetteraukreis ( Hesse ), located natural monuments . They are protected according to the Hessian law on nature conservation and landscape management ( Hessian nature conservation law - HAGBNatSchG) § 12 and registered with the lower nature conservation authority of the Wetterau district. The list corresponds to the status of January 1, 2014. Between Usenborn and Bergheim, the “Black Born” is the only source in the district that has been designated as a natural monument.

The "Friedenslinde" in Wippenbach (No. 440.093) was destroyed by a storm and deleted from the list. The "pear tree" (No. 440.253) in Effolderbach has fallen over but has not yet been deleted from the list (as of April 2015).
