Geierstal from Vielbrunn		1437012 WDPA: 318430	The elongated north-south oriented shell NSG lies in the valley floodplain area of the upper Ohrbach stream , which here partly meanders and is delimited by forests and two mountain ranges of the northeastern Odenwald. To the north by two fish ponds, to the south by the confluent Vielbrunner Bach and the L3318. Mainly consists of meadow areas in the floodplain area of the Ohrbach. The protection goal is to keep the valley meadow landscape free, to preserve the near-natural stream course with valuable black alder border as well as to protect the remains of large sedge and tall herbaceous vegetation with accompanying grass lawn . The adjacent beech forest is an excellent habitat for a wide variety of amphibians and forest birds.	⊙	14.61	2000
