The parish church of St. Wolfgang connects at right angles to the complex of elementary school and Meierhof. Two striking street passages lead under the late Gothic rectangular choir, to the west the early Baroque nave (1614–18) adjoins, to the south the tower (begun in 1618) with onion helmet (based on a design by Johann Lucas von Hildebrandt 1719). The furnishings date from the time after the parish was raised (end of the 18th century) using older parts (side altar leaves by Johann Bernhard Grabenberger).

After the partial demolition of a previous building (Muestingerhof, documented in 1434) under Abbot Gottfried Bessel, the rectory was built by Franz Anton Pilgram in 1737-42 as a reading courtyard. A portal with a relief coat of arms (Gottfried Bessel), flanked by porches, leads to the main building (six-axis, three storeys); in the northwest there is an ornamental garden.

A parish hall has been occupied here since 1591. In 1898 the new town hall was built by Josef Utz the Elder. J. The two-story building has a strong, late-historic facade with two corner oriels and a central gable risalit. After the municipal administration moved in the summer of 2012, the building was incorporated into the neighboring elementary school.

The wayside shrine, known as the five cross, was the (alleged) place of execution of the Göttweig regional court until 1848 . The wayside shrine comes from the early Baroque and shows a richly detailed decoration: On a pedestal stands a squat, fluted column with a cylindrical base with angels' heads in three-quarter relief. Above the volute capital there is a cuboid top with reliefs of the Pietà under the cross, a crucifix with Mary and John, the coat of arms and the donor's inscription 1622. The roof has five iron crosses.

The branch church of St. Blasius is located southeast above the village of Kleinwien on the slope of the Waxenberg and is surrounded by the cemetery. The church is mentioned in a document in the 1st half of the 12th century. The Gothic building (middle of the 15th century) with a slightly elevated choir and roof turret is located above a Romanesque previous building. Most of the furnishings (high altar, side altars, pulpit, organ) date from the 17th and 18th centuries.
