The parish church of St. Georg, located on a hill in the north of the Angers and surrounded by a cemetery wall, is a Gothic building from the 14th century, with a rectangular choir and south tower. It was baroque and rebuilt in 1671. The three-bay nave has a gable facade and is divided in the central axis by pilaster strips. The retracted one-bay choir is closed on three sides. There are square sacristy additions on both sides of the nave. The tower has a square floor plan and is crowned by an onion helmet modified in 1909. |

The Niedernondorf Castle was originally a single-storey complex that was extended and redesigned in the 18th century. The property was first mentioned in 1294 as a property of the Kuenringer . The north front of the U-shaped complex has a flat gable and a late Baroque pilaster structure. The courtyard wing, built in 1845 as a chancellery and detention building, is a two-story Biedermeier building with a grooved facade and wedge-shaped decoration. |

The parish church of St. Nicholas , located on a hill in the south of the village opposite the castle, was rebuilt in 1674–1676 while retaining parts of an early Gothic building. The core of the west tower, which dates back to the 14th century, has a bell storey with round-arched sound windows . The short nave with a rectangular choir and a sacristy to the south is accessible on the north side through a baroque portal with a blown gable. |

The interior of the chapel has a flat roof. |

The branch church of St. Margaretha, located on the edge of the former Angers of Obernondorf, is an originally Romanesque, single-nave building that was converted to Baroque style in the 18th century. The mighty Romanesque west tower has arched sound windows and a steep hipped roof. The nave has flat arched windows in the north and oval windows in the south over a low vestibule and sacristy annex. A walled-in Romanesque window with a funnel reveal can be seen in the east of the slightly drawn-in choir. |

The parish church consecrated to the apostles Peter and Paul on the southern outskirts of Waldhausen, surrounded by a cemetery, is a Romanesque country church with a semicircular apse, built in the 13th century. The two-storey Romanesque west tower has baroque round windows from 1770 and is crowned by a pyramid roof. The nave was provided with Gothic buttresses in the 15th century. Its arched windows were enlarged in the Baroque style. The choir is a little lower than the nave. A small Romanesque window with a funnel reveal can be seen on the round apse. In the north there is a Gothic sacristy extension. |
