Log-Dragomer is a municipality in the Gorenjska region in Slovenia .

Location and inhabitants

3,499 people live in the three villages Dragomer (German Dragomer ), Lukovica pri Brezovici (German Lukowitz in der Oberkrain ) and Log pri Brezovici (German Laag bei Bresowitz ). The two main towns, Dragomer and Log pri Brezovici, have 1,464 and 1,379 inhabitants respectively. The parish split from the Vrhnika parish in 2006 . It is located southwest of the capital Ljubljana .

history

The area was shaped by the Romans. A sarcophagus and a milestone have been preserved in the community as relics.
