The late Gothic building from the second half of the 15th century is located in Unterloibach and is surrounded by a cemetery. The sacred building was first mentioned in a document in 1481. The nave was extended to the west by three bays in 1899 and was partially renewed at the same time. The Gothic tower with a pyramid roof is located south of the choir; the sacristy was built north of it in the 19th century. Three-tiered buttresses support the structure at the choir.

In the nave, a six-bay ribbed vault from the end of the 19th century is supported by consoles. The west gallery is triaxial. The triumphal arch is chamfered in a pointed arch. The choir has the width of the nave, has two bays with a 3/8 end, the late Gothic ribbed vault rests on console services, the choir wall is marked 1472.

The high altar and the Antonius altar are presented in baroque forms, marked in 1914 by Alois Zoratti from Marburg ; the visions of St. Anthony and a bust of the Sacred Heart function as high relief, statues of St. Anton Einsiedler, St. Rochus and two kneeling angels complete the work. The left side altar (marked 1894) has a Baroque style. The right side altar dates from 1912, the pulpit was created at the end of the 19th century.
