Luck is a municipality (with the status " Village ") in Polk County in the US -amerikanischen State Wisconsin . In 2010 Luck had 1,119 residents.

Luck is located in northwest Wisconsin, around 20 km east of the St. Croix River . This forms the border between Wisconsin and Minnesota and flows into the Mississippi about 115 km south-southwest of Luck . The place is between two small lakes, Big Butternut Lake and Little Butternut Lake .
The geographical coordinates of Luck are 45 ° 34'34 "north latitude and 92 ° 28'58" west longitude. The municipality extends over an area of 6.47 km², which is spread over 4.90 km² of land and 1.57 km² of water. The municipality of Luck is almost completely surrounded by the Town of Luck without belonging to it. To the south, the Town of Milltown borders the parish.

In a north-south direction, the Gandy Dancer State Trail runs through the parish of Luck. This is a combined hiking and cycling path known as a Rail Trail on the route of a disused railway line. The name of the path goes back to the slang word Gandy Dancer , which was used to describe a railroad worker.
