The Möseke is a 5 km long, right or eastern tributary of the Südaue in Lower Saxony ( Germany ).

The Möseke arises in the Calenberger Land north-northeast of the Stemmer Berg or south of the Seelz district of Lathwehren through the confluence of the Kirchwehrener Landwehr flowing from the east and the Haferriede coming from the southeast , hydrographically its upper course. The stream flows in a westerly direction and crosses the Feldmark between the Barsinghausen districts of Ostermunzel and Barrigsen, before flowing into the Südaue coming from the southeast in Groß Munzel .
