chronology
Hannes Wader Live (2015) Take care -

Take care! is the tenth and last live album by the singer and songwriter Hannes Wader from 2018.

content

When selecting the songs from over 50 years, Hannes Wader benefited from the fact that he was able to omit the songs published on the Hannes Wader Live CD in 2015 . Like the concert for over 40 years, he begins with Today here, tomorrow there , and he sings the last verse in English. Since the song at that time is based on an English original, he sings the last verse in English here too. In his second oldest song, encounter , he sings a verse in the French version by Reinhard Mey . Sisters, Brothers is framed by stanzas in English.

Wader ends the program with That we can live so long that , after three encores, the last thing to sing with the audience is Tell me where the flowers are .

Emergence

The CD was recorded on Wader's farewell tour in 2017 at his last concert in the Tempodrom Berlin on November 30th. Wader's sound engineer Ben Ahrens was responsible for mixing and mastering in the Blue Noise Studio (Hamburg) and produced the album together with Wader. Robert Weißenberger and Peter Ledeburg were responsible for the tour. The photos of the booklet are by Karl Anton Koenigs, the design by Christa Rösel.
