New friends is an album by the singer and songwriter Hannes Wader from 2007. It contains twenty newly recorded tracks from older albums.
History of origin
Hannes Wader had planned for a long time to re-sing some older tracks. The fact that the Universal company , which owns the rights to around half of Hannes Wader’s works, had older albums crushed, was a further incentive to re-set songs that are no longer available on CD and to provide some with slightly different texts.
