Magnus Jøndal

Magnus Jøndal (born February 7, 1988 in Lørenskog ) is a handball player from Norway .

The 1.85 meter tall and 79 kilograms winger was from 2014 when ØIF Arendal under contract. Previously he played for Tomter IL, Ski IL Håndball and Follo HK . From the summer of 2016 he played for the Danish first division club GOG Håndbold . For the 2018/19 season he moved to the German club SG Flensburg-Handewitt . He won the German championship in 2019 with SG Flensburg-Handewitt.

For the Norwegian national team , Magnus Jøndal played 155 international matches until July 2020 , in which he scored 489 goals; he was already in the extended squad for the 2011 World Cup . With Norway he was runner- up in 2017 and 2019 . He was elected to the All-Star Team at the 2019 World Cup.
