Torbjørn Sittrup Bergerud (born July 16, 1994 ) is a Norwegian handball player .

Career

Torbjørn Bergerud played for Drammen HK from 2011 to 2015 and for LUGI HF from 2015 to 2016 . From 2016, the 1.97 meter tall goalkeeper guarded the goal of Team Tvis Holstebro . With Holstebro he won the Danish Cup competition of 2017. On June 4, 2013 he made his debut in the Norwegian national team . With Norway he was runner- up in 2017 and 2019 .

At the end of July 2017, Bergerud signed a three-year contract with SG Flensburg-Handewitt for the 2018/19 season . He won the German championship in 2019 with SG Flensburg-Handewitt.
