Magtakalât Âbile Eli Ârĸê [ ˌmatːakaˈlaːt ˈaːpili ˈeːli ˈɑːqːiː ] (according to the new spelling Mattakalaat Aabili Eli Aaqqii ; born November 9, 1921 in Sivinganeq ; † unknown ) was a Greenland state councilor .

Magtakalât Ârĸê was the son of the hunter Manasse (1893–?) And his wife Eleonora (1894–?). He was born in a short-lived residential area in the west of Ammassalik Ø . He was one of the settlers who moved to Ittoqqortoormiit from 1925 . There he lived in Itterajivit , where he worked as a hunter and as a factory worker in the bacon salting plant. In 1961 he was elected to the Greenland Provincial Council as the first Landrat for constituency 16 . He was unable to attend in 1962 because of a measles epidemic. He was re-elected for the following legislative period. This time he did not take part in a meeting in 1965 and 1966 because the distance between his home town and Nuuk was too great. At the second meeting he was represented by Sivert Petersen .
