Manfred Burghartswieser (born August 23, 1973 in Burghausen ) is a former German soccer coach and player .

Player career

Emerging from the youth of TSV 1860 Munich , Burghartswieser came to city rivals FC Bayern Munich and was a member of the Bundesliga squad in the 1993/94 season with the status of a contract amateur. For the amateur team , he played three games in the DFB-Pokal competition and was eliminated in the round of 16 with 4-5 on penalties after a 3: 3 against Tennis Borussia Berlin .
