Marián Andrej Pacák CSsR (born April 24, 1973 in Levoča , Czechoslovakia , now Slovakia ) is a Slovak religious and Slovak Greek-Catholic eparchy bishop of the eparchy of Saints Cyril and Methodius of Toronto .


Pacák studied in Kraków and Rome from 1991–1998 . He stepped on August 16, 1991, the Congregation of the Redemptorists in and received on 12 July 1998, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

Pacák was appointed by Pope Francis on July 5, 2018 as the parchen of the United Catholics of Slovak origin in Canada . The Slovak Greek Catholic Archbishop of Prešov , Ján Babjak SJ , donated him episcopal ordination on September 2 of the same year ; Co -consecrators were the Slovak Greek Catholic Bishop of Košice , Milan Chautur CSsR, and the Slovak Greek Catholic Bishop of Bratislava , Peter Rusnák . The inauguration took place on September 15, 2018.
