Mario Hassert

Mario Hassert (born February 28, 1964 in Querfurt ) is a German actor , former DJ and video jockey and voice actor .

Career

Hassert worked full-time as a DJ and video jockey from 1982 to 1996, after which he began to work as an advertising spokesman. It was initially trained by Helmut Krauss and then passed on to Henriette Gonnermann , where he passed his matriculation examination. Before training as a voice actor in 2000, he worked as a spokesperson for documentaries and reports for various television stations, including Sat.1 (until 2010 he was also the station voice), N24 , ZDF and 3sat . In 2003 he got into the dubbing industry as the voice of Jay Underwood in the movie Road to Redemption . He is also known as the voice of Professor Layton .

As an actor he got his first supporting role in 2002 in the television series Praxis Bülowbogen .
