Marius Hauptmann (born September 14, 1999 in Frechen ) is a German soccer player .

Career

After starting out as a youth at SC Borea Dresden , he moved to Dynamo Dresden's youth department in the summer of 2013 . After playing 60 games in the B and A Junior Bundesliga for his club , he signed his first professional contract. It was there that he made his first professional appearance when he came on as a substitute for Moussa Koné in the 90th minute of the game on December 23, 2018, the 18th matchday, in the 3-1 away win against MSV Duisburg .

In the summer of 2019, he switched to third division club FSV Zwickau .

Private

Marius Hauptmann comes from a soccer family. His grandfather Reinhard already played first division football in the GDR major league. His father Ralf played in the GDR Oberliga as well as in the Bundesliga for Dynamo Dresden and for 1. FC Cologne . Marius' brother Niklas , like his father, played for Dynamo Dresden and is currently under contract with 1. FC Köln.
