Nils Miatke (born January 30, 1990 in Drachhausen ) is a German football player . He has been under contract with FSV Zwickau since 2016 .

Career

Miatke is a left midfielder. He began his career as a youth player in 1996 at SV Drachhausen . In 2000 he moved to FC Energie Cottbus . In 2009 he received a professional contract. Coach Claus-Dieter Wollitz surprisingly brought him into the first team. Miatke made his first appearance there on August 1, 2009 in the DFB Cup in a 3-1 win at the regional division 1. FC Magdeburg . Miatke had a contract with Cottbus until 2011 plus an option. After the option was not drawn, he moved to FC Carl Zeiss Jena in June 2011 , signed a contract there until summer 2012 and made his debut on July 23, 2011 in the game against Rot-Weiß Erfurt . Overall, he was in the 3rd division 2011/12 in 34 games for Carl-Zeiss on the pitch and scored two goals before he announced his departure from FC Carl Zeiss Jena on May 10, 2012 and signed a two-year contract with the second division club FC Erzgebirge Aue signed. At the beginning of the 2012/13 season he suffered a cruciate ligament rupture and was out for the rest of the season. After he had played his way back to the second division a year later, he was again seriously injured in the relegation battle of the 2014/15 season with a cruciate ligament and meniscus tear . Erzgebirge Aue was relegated to the 3rd division in 2015.

For the 2016/17 season , Nils Miatke moved to the third division FSV Zwickau .
