Mark Tyndale (born January 4, 1986 in Philadelphia , Pennsylvania ) is an American basketball player . After playing professionally in Australia and his home country, he will play for the German first division team Telekom Baskets from Bonn in the 2010/11 season . Since 2012, Tyndale has been playing in his home country in the NBA Development League again , interrupted by two seasons in Israel .

Career

After finishing his studies at Temple University in his hometown, Tyndale got no contract in the top-endowed professional league NBA . So he moved to Australia and played for the Adelaide 36ers from 2008 to 2009 . In March 2009 Tyndale joined the Iowa Energy from Des Moines in the D-League and tried again, also through the NBA Summer League , to get a contract in the NBA.

For the 2010/2011 season, Tyndale signed a contract in Europe for the first time and was supposed to help the German first division team Telekom Baskets Bonn compensate for Vincent Yarbrough's injury-related loss . After the end of the contract he had initially no professional commitment before a trial contract with Dnipro Azot-in in January 2012 Ukrainian Dniprodzerzhynsk entered. After four weeks he moved to the Swedish first division club Dragons from Sundsvall . For the 2012/2013 season Tyndale returned to the USA and received a contract with Skyforce from Sioux Falls in the D-League, before moving to league rivals Maine Red Claws at the end of February, who are coached by former Ulm Bundesliga coach Mike Taylor . Tyndale played the following two seasons in Israel before moving back to his home country for the 2015/16 season, where he played in the D-League with the Reno Bighorns with Cliff Hammonds , Chad Toppert and Shawn Kemp Jr.
