The markt-intern - publishing group is the publisher of more than 30 economic information letters, mostly published weekly for several branches.
There are no advertisements in the information letters. The editorial offices consist of 50 full-time journalists , including lawyers.
The criticism expressed against companies and political institutions was the cause of a number of processes, e. B. with Kapital-Consult / Walter Fink, Beiersdorf , Max Grundig , Werner Klumpe / Dietrich Eckart, Dr. Amann, idea capital.

history
The publishing house was founded on January 1st, 1971 by Hans A. Bernecker, Günter Weber and Hans Bayer. The first industry letter with the title 'markt intern' appeared on February 13, 1971 on the occasion of the Cologne household goods fair for the electronics trade. The German tax information letter ' controlsip ' appeared for the first time on November 2, 1973. Since 1982 the company shares have only been owned by members of the families of the founders Hans Bayer and Günter Weber. On January 1, 2014, the previous publisher Günter Weber split off together with the authorized signatories Uwe Kremer and Gerrit Weber to become kapital-markt intern Verlag GmbH. The new publisher of markt intern Verlag GmbH has been Olaf Weber since January 1, 2014.
