The Wisconsin State Highway 56 runs in a northwest-southeast direction through the north of the Town of Marshall. In addition, the County Highways A and Z run through the area of the town. All other roads are subordinate country roads and some unpaved roads.
With the Richland Airport there is a small airfield about 25 km southeast of the town. The nearest commercial airports are Dubuque Regional Airport in Iowa (around 150 km south-southwest), La Crosse Regional Airport (around 105 km north-northwest) and Dane County Regional Airport in Wisconsin's capital Madison (around 120 km east-southeast).
