Wisconsin State Highway 58 runs through the west of the town in a north-south direction . The Wisconsin State Highway 130 runs through the southeast corner of the Town. In addition, the County Highways BA and T run through the area of the Town of Ithaca. All other roads are subordinate country roads and some unpaved roads.
With Richland Airport there is a small airfield just beyond the southern border of the town. The nearest commercial airports are Dubuque Regional Airport in Iowa (around 140 km south-southwest), La Crosse Regional Airport (around 130 km northwest) and Dane County Regional Airport in Wisconsin's capital Madison (around 95 km east-southeast).
