Villa Marsopstrasse 6 in the Obermenzing district of Munich

The building Marsopstrasse 6 in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1907. The corner villa , which belongs to the second phase of the development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected monument .

The two-storey cripple hipped roof building with adhesive roof , plastered facade with polygonal corner bay , extensions and wooden balcony, was built in the Reformed Heimat style by Ulrich Merk for August Exter .
