The nature reserve Matheswall, Schmielen- und Gabelsee lies in the area of ​​the municipality Falkenhagen (Mark) in the district Märkisch-Oderland in Brandenburg .

The 189 hectare area was placed under nature protection by ordinance of October 7, 2014 . The nature reserve, which consists of two partial areas, extends east, south and southwest of the Black Lake and the core town of Falkenhagen. The state road L 37 runs to the east and the B 5 to the south .
