The Oderwiesen Neurüdnitz nature reserve lies in the territory of the communities of Neulewin and Oderaue and the city of Bad Freienwalde (Oder) in the Märkisch-Oderland district in Brandenburg .

The area with the identification number 1619 was placed under nature protection by ordinance of June 9, 2008 . The approximately 1046 hectare nature reserve extends southeast of Hohenwutzen , a district of Bad Freienwalde (Oder), along the east-flowing Oder and the east-running state border with Poland .
