Max von Philipsborn (District Administrator)

Max von Philipsborn (* 1891 , † 1973 ) was a German administrative lawyer and district administrator of the Anklam district .

Max von Philipsborn was the son of the district president Ernst von Philipsborn . He studied law and became a court trainee in 1912 , a government trainee in 1913 and a government assessor in the government in Kassel and then in the Ministry of the Interior in 1921 . In 1922 he worked in the Berlin police headquarters , in 1923 at the district office in Teltow . In 1924 he became a councilor for the Stralsund government district and in 1926 for the head of the Pomeranian Province in Stettin . In 1927 he became district administrator in Anklam . On September 28, 1932, he was given temporary retirement .

He was chairman of the supervisory board of Mecklenburg-Pomerania narrow-gauge railway AG .
