action

Little Raju grows up in poor conditions. His father was a clown and died in an accident during a performance at the circus. Nevertheless, Raju dreams of a career as a joker , but his mother wants to prevent this because she is afraid for her son, who might end up like her husband too. Only the young teacher Mary believes in Raju and supports him in doing so. When Mary marries David and Raju has to leave school due to lack of money, the dream seems to be shattered.

Years go by and the grown-up Raju gets a job as a clown in the Gemini circus . One day Russian guest artists arrive, including beautiful Marina. Raju falls in love with her and dreams of a future together, but this time too, luck is not on his side. The Russian artists return to their homeland after their performances. During this time his mother also dies. Despite his great sadness, he has to appear again in the ring and make people laugh.

Now Raju meets Meena, who is ambitiously trying to become a famous actress. At this point, Raju has given up everything and is earning his living as a worker. Meena befriends him. He falls in love with her, but when she enjoys her success, she drops him. For the third time, Raju's heart is broken.
