Michael Bordt (born August 18, 1956 ) is a former German soccer player .

Career

In his youth, Michael Bordt came to work in the schoolchildren and in the youth national team of the DFB. He made his debut on April 22, 1972 in the international match of the school national team in Kiel against France. In the 1-0 win, he played alongside Günter Dämpfling , Hans-Jürgen Gede and Winfried Stradt . In 1972 the DFB played seven international student games against France, the Netherlands, England, Ireland and Scotland and Bordt was used in every game. On August 26, 1974 he was for the first time in the youth national team. In the 2-1 win against France, Horst Weyerich , Hans-Jürgen Salewski , Ronald Borchers , Dämpfling and Stradt were still in action. From November 13 to 19, 1974 he was active in four tournament games in Monte Carlo for the Prince Albert Cup for the DFB-Elf.

Bordt played in the 1974/75 season with Kickers Offenbach in the Bundesliga . He was playing a game; on the 3rd matchday he was substituted on in the 85th minute of the game in the 4-1 away defeat against Hertha BSC . For the new season he moved to the promoted team in the 2nd Bundesliga FSV Frankfurt . For FSV he completed 22 games (6 goals) in 1975/76 under coach Milovan Beljin and alongside teammates such as Karlheinz Volz , Klaus-Peter Stahl , Peter Rübenach , Wolfgang Metzler and Horst Trimhold . This season the FSV finished 13th in the southern season. For Bordt followed a year at SC Göttingen 05 in the northern season, where the ex-Offenbach player also played 22 games and scored three goals alongside teammates like Walter Gruler , Dieter Hochheimer , Urban Klausmann and Walter Plaggemeyer . Göttingen was relegated under the coach Reinhard Roder and his successor Bernd Oles and Bordt moved to FC Hanau 93 in the 1st amateur league Hessen . Hanau won the championship with Bordt in 1978 and surprisingly rose to the 2nd Bundesliga. In addition, Hanau was successful in the Hessen Cup .

Bordt completed in the 1978/79 season at FC Hanau 93 another 23 second division games and scored six goals. The Hessians, however, immediately relegated to 17th place in the amateur camp. Under the coaches Manfred Brunner and his successor Karl-Heinz Schmal (from January 1979) Bordt could not prevent the relegation with teammates like Günter Oleknavicius and Dieter Schwemmle .
