Trivia
- To finance his independence, Moll gave up his permanent residence for three years and lived in a mobile home .
- He also suffers from severe fear of flying and has not traveled by plane since 1994 , which actually contradicts his professional activity as a travel book author. But within Europe he uses a mobile home, to Asia he traveled on the Trans-Siberian Railway and to South America he traveled on a cargo ship .
- Since 2004 he has taken a 60 cm high and 1.7 kg heavy stuffed penguin with him on every trip, including bicycle and hiking tours, which he photographs in front of sights . He dedicates his own extensive area to this on his homepage.
- On June 4, 2016, he set a world record for the Guinness Book of Records . He visited six countries by bike within 24 hours. He drove from Italy through Switzerland , Liechtenstein , Austria and Germany to France and covered over 330 kilometers.
