Michaela Lanzl (born February 21, 1983 in Starnberg ) is a former German national ice hockey player . Her sister Andrea is also an ice hockey player.
Career
Between 2005 and 2007 she played for the University of Minnesota Duluth in the WCHA . Before that she played for TuS Geretsried , Wanderers Germering , HC Lugano and DSC Oberthurgau, among others .
With the German national team she took part in the Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City in 2002 and in Turin in 2006 . Internationally, she has played a total of 144 games, scoring 63 goals and providing 37 assists. This makes her one of the German national record players.
