Michal Fikrt (born April 6, 1982 in Most , Czechoslovakia ) is a Czech ice hockey goalkeeper who has been under contract with Aksam Unia Oświęcim in the Polish Ekstraliga since September 2012 .
Career
Fikrt began his career in the youth teams of HC Litvínov and made his debut in the 2001/02 season in the Czech extra league . In the following years he completed most of the season in the second highest division, the 1st division , and ran for HC Slovan Ústečtí Lvi , KLH Chomutov and SK Kadaň , before he moved to Slovakia and took up the position there of the first goalkeeper at HK Nitra took over. After two years he returned to the Czech Republic and played alternately in the three top divisions in the country, where he acted mostly as the second goalkeeper of Bílí Tygři Liberec .
In the 2009/10 season his way back to Slovakia led him to the MHk 32 Liptovský Mikuláš . However, the club finished the season in penultimate place. In the summer of 2010, Fikrt was loaned to HK Nitra, but had a strong competitor in Ján Laco .
Since HK Jesenice was looking for reinforcement in the position of goalkeeper in the middle of the season, Fikrt Anafnag switched to the Austrian ice hockey league in January 2011 and was signed by the club after a short tryout until the end of the season. At the end of the season he won the Slovenian championship title with Jesenice .
