In the 2002/03 season , the winger made his debut in professional ice hockey for the Pee Dee Pride from the ECHL , where he ended the season with the Cleveland Barons in the American Hockey League .

From 2003 to 2005 Glumac was on the ice for the Worcester IceCats in the AHL. He then played for three years in parallel for the St. Louis Blues in the National Hockey League and their AHL farm team Peoria Rivermen . In a total of 40 NHL appearances, he scored seven goals and gave six templates. After he was under contract with the Hamilton Bulldogs in the AHL from 2008 to 2010 , the Canadian was signed for the 2010/11 season by the Kassel Huskies from the German Ice Hockey League .

After the Kassel Huskies were excluded from the DEL, he did a trial training session with the Straubing Tigers , but was not offered a contract. He then moved to the Mannheimer Adlers on probation , which signed him in October 2010 until the end of the season and after the season extended his contract for another year. After three seasons in Mannheim, the striker left the German Ice Hockey League and moved to the KHL Medveščak Zagreb club , who played in the Continental Hockey League from the 2013/14 season . Glumac initially signed a one-year contract with the Croatians, but ultimately stayed there until 2017.
