Millenium is a French e-sports organization. Millenium was founded in 2004 and has teams and individual players under contract in various disciplines. The team has had national success especially since 2010 in the League of Legends and StarCraft II titles . Millenium's website, millenium.org , is one of the 500 most visited websites in France according to Alexa Internet .

League of Legends
Millenium has been active in the MOBA League of Legends since 2011 , but was unable to build a stable team there for a long time, so that over 30 different players - often only for a short time - were under contract in just under three years. Nevertheless, some top results were achieved in tournaments such as the Intel Extreme Masters or the DreamHack Valencia.
In January 2014 Millenium took over the players from Team Alternate and was represented for the first time in the League Championship Series (LCS), the highest European professional league in League of Legends. By winning the Intel Extreme Masters tournament in Sao Paulo at the end of January 2014, the new team immediately achieved a major tournament victory.
In the LCS, the team took eighth and last place in the 2014 Spring Split, but was able to qualify for the LCS again with a 3-2 victory over the Ninjas in pajamas team in the relegation. The team finished the LCS Summer Split in 6th place.

StarCraft II
The most successful StarCraft II player from Millenium was the French Ilyes “Stephano” Satouri , who played for the team for almost two years and during this time he won the 2011 Electronic Sports World Cup . At his zenith, he was considered the best non-Korean StarCraft player in the world and, with career prize money of almost $ 230,000, is the most successful French e-athlete ever. Another highlight in the team's history is Benoît “Adelscott” Strypsteen's 2nd place at the World Cyber Games 2012. Frenchman David “Lilbow” Moschetto was the first non-Korean to win the StarCraft II World Championship Series Premier League. With this victory he was able to secure a place at the Blizzcon where the best 16 players compete against each other once a year. He lost to Lee "Life" Seung Hyun in the first round .
