Moderberg Amt is a cadastral municipality in the Bad Traunstein municipality in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there was a total of 28 building areas with 13,466 m² and 2 gardens on 153 m² in the cadastral community of Moderberg Amt , in 1989/1990 there were 28 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 62 and in 2009/2010 there were 57 buildings on 95 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 136 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 654 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 133 hectares and 655 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 120 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 657 hectares. The average soil climate number of Moderberg Amt is 19.9 (as of 2010).
