Dietmanns is a village and a cadastral community in the Bad Traunstein municipality in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 27 building areas with 11,169 m² and 8 gardens on 858 m² in the cadastral community Dietmanns , in 1989/1990 there were 26 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 85 and in 2009/2010 there were 61 buildings on 102 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 156 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 72 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 145 hectares and 81 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 135 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 86 hectares. Dietmanns' average soil climate number is 25.5 (as of 2010).
