Mosè Marcia
Mosè Marcia (born October 10, 1943 in San Sperate ) is an Italian clergyman and emeritus Roman Catholic bishop of Nuoro .
Life
He was ordained a priest on July 17, 1973 by the Archbishop of Cagliari, Giuseppe Bonfigioli .
Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on June 3, 2006 auxiliary bishop in Cagliari and titular bishop of Vardimissa . The Archbishop of Cagliari, Giuseppe Mani , donated him episcopal ordination on September 8 of the same year ; Co - consecrators were Ottorino Pietro Alberti , Old Archbishop of Cagliari, and Giovanni Cogoni , Old Bishop of Iglesias .
As a motto he chose Dominus vexillum meum . He was named Bishop of Nuoro on April 21, 2011, and was instituted on June 19 of the same year.
Pope Francis accepted his age-related resignation on July 2, 2019.
