The Mota Bidau ( German  Bidau River ) is a mostly dry river in the East Timorese municipality of Dili .

In the rainy season from late November to April, it rises north of the Antigo Hospital Português in Suco Lahane Oriental . It initially flows north until it reaches the Rua Dom José Ribeiro (formerly Estrada de Lecidere ) street , from where it follows the street as a canal on the southeast side and crosses the Suco Bemori .

After the Av. Liberdade de Imprensa canal and street (now Avenida Dom Martinho Lopes ) in Suco Culu Hun swivel roughly to the north, pass the Hospital Nacional Dr. Guido Valadares , now forms the border between the Suco Bidau Santana in the east and the Sucos Acadiru Hun and Bidau Lecidere in the west and finally reaches the Bay of Dili . The Mota Bidau shares its wide estuary with the Mota Claran , which flows east of it.
