Hacıoğlu played in his career for Etimesgut Şekerspor , Diyarbakırspor , Konyaspor and Fenerbahçe Istanbul . After many good years in various clubs, he moved to Fenerbahçe Istanbul. Under the direction of Christoph Daum he never found the chance to play consistently. Therefore, he went on loan to Konyaspor in the 2005/06 season . For the 2011/12 season he moved to his hometown club Çaykur Rizespor . After just one season, he left Rize and hired third division Hatayspor . The move to Hatayspor did not come about in the last instance, so he remained without a club in the first half of the 2012/13 season. For the second half of the season he was hired by third division club Gaziosmanpaşaspor .

In the summer of 2013 he was hired by the third division team Sarıyer SK .
