At the 2003 NCAA Division I Men's Tennis Championships , the champions in US college tennis were determined. One of the three competitions was the individual . The game was played on May 21-26 on the University of Georgia campus in Athens . The American Amer Delić from the University of Illinois emerged as the winner . He was the first Big Ten Conference title holder since Mike Leach in 1982.
