For the first time at an international championship, Narcisa Landázuri took part in the Juegos Bolivarianos 2013 in Trujillo and won the bronze medal there with the Ecuadorian relay. In 2014 she won the silver medal over 200 meters at the Ibero-American Championships in São Paulo and finished fifth in the 200 meter run. In 2015, the Ecuadorian sprint team took part in the World Relays in the Bahamas for the first time and won the B final there. This was followed by seventh place over 100 meters and fourth place at the South American Championships in Lima . At the Pan American Games in Toronto she reached the semi-finals over 100 meters and was eliminated in the relay and in the 200 meters in the preliminary round. With her achievements she qualified for the World Championships in Beijing . There she was eliminated over 100 meters in the preliminary round .
At the Ibero-American Championships in 2016, she secured the bronze medal over 100 meters and took sixth place over 200 meters. At the Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro , she reached the semi-finals over 100 meters . In 2017, the Ecuadorian sprint team again won the B final at the World Relays . At the South American Championships in Luque , she won bronze with the relay, finished fourth in the 100 meter run and seventh place in the 200 meter run. She qualified again for the World Championships in London and was eliminated there in the preliminary round over 100 meters and also with the relay . In November she won the silver medal at the Juegos Bolivarianos in Santa Marta with 11.30 seconds behind her compatriot Ángela Tenorio in the 100 meter run. Over 200 meters she won bronze and silver with the Ecuadorian 4 x 100 meter relay. In 2018 she took part in the South American Games in Cochabamba , where she won the 100 meters with a new personal best of 11.12 seconds and finished fifth in the 200 meters in 23.65 seconds. At the Ibero-American Championships in Trujillo she was fourth in 11.71 s. At the IAAF World Relays 2019 in Yokohama , she was eliminated in the preliminary round with the 4-by-100-meter relay with 44.74 seconds and reached the 4-by-200-meter relay in 1: 35.91 minutes sixth place.
