Natenstedt is a district of the town of Twistringen in the Lower Saxony district of Diepholz . 358 inhabitants live in the village.

Natenstedt is located in the north-western part of the city of Twistringen, 8 km west of the core town of Twistringen. Abbentheren, Duveneck, Ellerchenhausen, Lerchenhausen and Rüssen also belong to Natenstedt.

Rivers

The Natenstedter Beeke flows through the village . The Heiligenloher Beeke , which runs south, is partly the border river to Bockstedt.

history

Since the regional reform, which came into force on March 1, 1974, the previously independent municipality of Natenstedt has been one of eight localities in the city of Twistringen.

Streets

Natenstedt is far from the main traffic. The Federal Motorway 1 runs 14 km to the north. The federal highway 51 leading from Bassum via Twistringen (Kernort) and Diepholz to Osnabrück runs south, 6 km away and the state road L 342 from Twistringen (Kernort) via Goldenstedt to Vechta runs south at 0.5 km distance.

In Natenstedt there are no street names, only house numbers that residents, postmen, suppliers and visitors have to use for orientation.
