Career as a wrestler

Nathan Jones was sentenced to 16 years in prison in 1989 for eight armed robberies, only part of which he served. He spent several years in the maximum security prison in Boggo Road Gaol, Australia, where he was notorious for his physical strength and aggressiveness. While in custody, Nathan Jones began powerlifting and after his release as Australia's Strongest Man in 1995 he took part in strongman competitions at the World Strength Championship and World Musclepower Championship in Scotland, where Magnus Samuelsson broke his arm in a spectacular arm wrestling competition. A year later Jones and Samuelsson met again at the World's Strongest Man, which Jones finished with 3rd place. Due to his impressive physique with a height of 2.08 m and weight of 154 kg, Jones received the title "MegaMan" on the Strong Man Tour.

He later worked as a bodyguard for Rene Rivkin, a wealthy Australian. At this time his wrestling career began. He was trained by "Ultimate Pro Wrestling" under the direction of Mike Bell and made his debut in the ring on October 11, 1997 against Koji Kitao , to whom he lost. At first, Jones fought with the World Wrestling All-Stars (WWA). On April 7, 2002, he won the WWA Heavyweight Championship. When the WWA also held shows in Australia, he was hired and won the Heavyweight Title, which the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) again noticed him. After immigration problems had been resolved, Jones joined the WWE, but decided in December 2003 during an Asian tour to end his career with this organization.

In October 2005 he appeared briefly in World Series Wrestling before finally ending his career.
