The Hasper Bach nature reserve is located in the area of ​​the independent city of Hagen in North Rhine-Westphalia . The nature reserve lies along the Hasper brook . The 7.5470 ha area has been designated as a nature reserve since 1992 under the identification HA-021.

The protected area includes the meandering streams of the Hasper and Hemkerbach streams and their valley areas and source horizons up to the city limits of the city of Hagen. In the west the area is bounded by the Hasper dam . The Hasper Bach and its tributaries directly feed the dam and its foreland.

Protection goal
