Neuhof is a hamlet-like district of Breitungen / Werra in the Schmalkalden-Meiningen district in Thuringia .

The hamlet of Neuhof is located northwest of Breitungen directly on the Werra on the edge of the forest of the neighboring western hills. The district road 87 connects the hamlet with Breitungen in the southwest and Immelborn in the north. To the north lies the Forstloch-Riedwiesen nature reserve .

The place was first mentioned on May 10, 1183.

In 1938 Neuhof was incorporated into Breitungen.
