The Nexus 10 (GT-P8110) is a tablet computer from the Nexus series from the US company Google . It is produced by the South Korean manufacturer Samsung .

The Nexus 10 was presented to the public on October 29, 2012. It was first delivered on November 13, 2012 with the simultaneous release of Android version 4.2 Jelly Bean. There were delivery problems at the start of sales.

The device has a screen resolution of 2560 x 1600  pixels at 300  ppi . It is the first tablet with an ARM A15 processor, extended MIMO WLAN and Android version 4.2. The SoC is also produced by Samsung ( Samsung Exynos 5250 ) and contains an ARM-A15 dual-core CPU with 1.7 GHz and a quad-core Mali T604 graphics processor .

The Android version 4.2 Jelly Bean supports for the first time the Miracast standard of the Wi-Fi Alliance for video streaming, multi-user operation and offers an input method similar to the Swype system .

The device does not support cellular communications.
