The music album No Need to Argue is a work by the Irish rock group The Cranberries . It was released by Island Records in 1994 . It was recorded in London and New York.

history

The album gave the cranberries their international breakthrough. It has sold over 16.7 million times worldwide. In the UK it reached # 2 on the album charts in the United States 6th Place The single " Zombie " reached number one in February 1995, the German single charts and is still by far the most successful song of the band.

In 2002 the album was re-released under the title No Need to Argue (The Complete Sessions 1994-1995) . The Complete Sessions contain four B-Sides that did not appear on the album at the time - including a cover version of Bacharach / David's hit (They Long To Be) Close To You - and a remix of the hit single Zombie .
