chapel
The long way to the Schweier Church prompts the residents of Seefelderaußendeich to build a chapel. The building is occupied for 1580. The pastor of Schwei occasionally held church services here. There was also a place for funerals here. The location of the chapel was most likely east of the building "Hedden". Bones and tombstones were also found here. It is also believed that some of the houses use "old beams from the chapel". A former inn with the name “Dunkirk” can also be used as an indication of the chapel. A church path led from the chapel to Schwei. With the construction of the Seefeld church in 1675/76, the chapel no longer had a function.
school
In 1600 a school in Seefelderaußendeich is mentioned in connection with the chapel. The first teacher appears in the files in 1624. In the middle of the 19th century and 1913 there were new school buildings. In 1969 the single-class school was closed.
