Norderschwei is a district of Schwei in the municipality of Stadland . Norderschwei is located north of the settlement and consists of two farmers .

history

Norderschwei is located north of the church village. In 1525, the Thülmannsdeich was built to protect the place, which stretched around the courtyards.There was a one-class school here from 1622 to 1965. There is a farmer's letter from the “Mittel Norder Schweyer Köther” dated 1739 , which has been handed down as a “replacement” for an older, lost farmer's letter.

Administrative history

Norderschwei was part of the Vogtei Schwei until 1811 . Later it belonged to the independent municipality of Schwei, from 1933 to 1948 it was part of the municipality of Rodenkirchen . Since 1974 it belongs to the municipality of Stadland.
