The North Korean national volleyball team is a selection of the best North Korean players represented by the Volleyball Association of the DPR Korea in international tournaments and internationals.

World Championship
At the volleyball world championship in 1962, North Korea finished 13th. Eight years later, they finished ninth.
Olympic games
North Korea has never qualified for the Olympic Games.
Asian Championship
The North Koreans first took part in the Asian volleyball championship . In 1991 they reached eleventh place.

North Korea has never competed in the World Cup .
